Ara : Some unidentified armed miscreants shot dead a man near a canal at village Dalippurdih under Dhangai police station (PS) in Bhojpur District in South Bihar on June 3, 2021, late evening.
Police recovered the body and brought it over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Raju Kumar Kushwaha, 22, son of Ram Surat Kushwaha of Dalippurdih village. He had Flour Mill at Hasawadih Bazaar under Piro PS in the district. The reason behind the incident is still to ascertained. An FIR has been lodged with Dhangai police station in this connection. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO, Dhangai PS,Laxmi Patel, said that Raju Kumar Kushwaha was returning home after closing his Flour Mill at Haswadih village on June 3, 2021, late evening, but when he reached near a canal, some armed miscreants shot him dead. The villagers located the body and informed police about it.
