Patna : World No 156 Andy Murray, 34, UK, the winner of three Grand Slam singles titles including two Wimbledon titles, upsrt World No 10 Hubert Hurkacz, 24, Poland, in the first round of Erste Bank Open, an ATP 500 indoor hard courts tennis tournament, at Vienna, Austria, on October 25, 2021.
Murray beat 5th seed Hubert Hurkacz in a three-set slugfest 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 in 2hrs 41 minutes in first round. Murray won 3 break points during the match to 1 by the Pole.
