Woman killed while crossing railway track in Bhojpur, child injured

Ara : A married woman was killed while her newborn child was injured on Ara-Sasaram rail line on October 5, 2019, morning, when she was crossing the railway track.

SHO, Government Railway Police, Ara, said that the woman along with her newborn child was crossing the railway track near Jagdeonagar on Ara-Sasaram rail line n October 5 morning when she came under the wheel of a running train. The woman was killed on the spot while her child was seriously injured. Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the child there.
