Bhabhua : Four miscreants gangraped a woman at village Bichhiya under Durgawati police station (PS) in Kaimur District in South Bihar around 6.30 pm on February 14, 2021, when she was walking on road.
A named FIR was lodged with Durgawati PS against Shashi Kant Bind alias Mochhu Bind, Bullu Bind, Umesh Bind, and Abhimanyu Bind on the statement of the survivor. Police have arrested all the four accused and sent them to jail after interrogation.
SHO, Durgawati PS, Sanjay Kumar, said that a woman was walking on the road on February 14, 2021, evening, when four miscreants caught her and took her to a wheat field nearby where they outraged her modesty one by one. Meanwhile, husband of the woman was passing through the road. Seeing him, the miscreants escaped from the scene. The survivor narrated her ordeal before her husband. Both went to the police station and lodged a named FIR against the four miscreants. The SHO said that police arrested all the four accused and are also investigating the matter.
