Patna : Electing to bat after winning the toss, West Indies were all out for a paltry 104 in 31.5 overs in the 5th ODI against India at Greenfield International Stadium, Thuruvananthpuram, Kerala, on November 1, 2018, with captain Jason Holder scoring 25,  Marlon Samuels 24, and Rovman Powell 16. This is West Indies’ lowest total in ODI against India.

Spinner Ravindra Jadeja took 4/34 in 9.5 overs while Jasprit Bumrah and K Khaleel Ahmad took two wickets each. Kuldeep Yadav and Bhuvaneshwar Prasad took one wicket each. Bumrah took 2/11. India lead the 5-match ODI series 2-1 with one match ending in tie.
