Patna : Altogether 54.91 % voters had exercised their franchise till 5 pm in the five parliamentary constituencies (PCs) of Bihar went to polls in the 3rd phase of Lok Sabha elections on April 23, 2019.

The five PC that went to polls on April 23 were : Jhanjharpur, Supaul, Araria, Madhepura, and Khagaria.with  82 candidates in the fray for the five Lok Sabha seats. The Election Commission of India (ECI) had set up 9,076 Polling stations in these 5 PC for the smooth conduct of elections in the 3rd  Phase in Bihar, according to a PIB release.
