Vinod K Tiwary, Additional DJ, Bhagalpur, to join Governor’s Secretariat as OSD

Patna : Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, Vinod Kumar Tiwary, will join the Secretariat of Bihar Governor as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Judicial, to Governor cum Chancellor of State Varsities  on deputation. The General Administration Department (GAD) on March 2, 2020, handed over the services of Vinod Kumar Tiwary’s services to Cabinet Secretariat Department for necessary action.

The Registrar General, Patna High Court, had approved the appointment of Tiwary as OSD at the Governor’s Secretariat on deputation on February 7, 2020.

Urmiljeet Kaur, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur, has been appointed Joint Secretary cum Additional Legal Advisor, Law Department, Bihar Government, following recommendation of Registrar General of Patna High Court on February 10, 2020.
