Villagers stage demonstration at private school after Principal beats 7 students

Ara : Irate villagers staged demonstration at a Private School at Krishnagarh under the same police station in Bhojpur district on January 30, 2019, when the Principal of the school thrashed seven students for not depositing their fees. Police reached the school and pacified the villagers.

SHO, Krishnagarh police station, said that seven students were not depositing their monthly fees for the last six months despite several reminders. On January 30, the Principal demanded fees from the students but they made excuses saying that they would deposit the fees after getting money from their parents. At this, the Principal lost temper and thrashed the students.
