Vice-president Hamid Ansari reaches Patna

Patna: Vice-president Hamid Ansari arrived here on two-day visit to the state on Thursday. He was welcomed by Bihar governor Ram Nath Kovind, CM Nitish Kumar, ministers and senior officials at Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narain Airport.
Immediately after his arrival, he left for Rajgir to attend a programme of Nalanda University and interact with the students of fresh batch of the university. He will attend a programme organised by Bihar Chambers of Commerce on Friday and anoter programme at St Michael’s School on Patna-Digha Road. Ansari will return to New Delhi on Friday afternoon.
