‘Veere Di Wedding’ does Rs 23 cr business on first 2 days

Patna : ‘Veere Di Wedding’ starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, and Shikha Talsania has done a business of nearly Rs 23 crore on it first two days indicating its good prospect at the box office. Sumeet Vyas also has an important role in the film

The film is thriving on a strong word of mouth. It did a business of Rs 10.70 crore on its first day, which is quite an impressive beginning considering the fact that it is a female centric film. On the second day, the film grossed nearly Rs 12.30 crore.

Directed by Shashank Ghosh, ‘Veere Di Wedding’, a story about four friends, was released on June 1, 2018, on 2,177 screens across the country. The film was made on a budget of over Rs 46 crore including publicity and print costs. This female buddy film will be declared a hit if it does a business of Rs 55 crore.
