‘Uri :The Surgical Strike’ grosses over Rs 133 cr. in 2 weeks

Patna : Aditya Dhar directorial ‘ Uri : The Surgical Strike’ starring Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam, Mohit Raina, Kirti Kulhari, Rajat Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal has done a business of over Rs 133 crore in two weeks since its release on January 11, 2019,  and is still going strong. Vicky Kaushal’s 2018 film ‘Raazi’, also starring Alia Bhatt, had also done a business of over Rs 122 crore.

A war drama, ‘ Uri: The Surgical Strike’ did a business of over Rs 5 crore on its 14 the day. The film had grossed Rs 71 crore in its first week. Vicky Kaushal’s performance in the film has been highly appreciated. Vicky had gone extensive military training for 5 months for this film made on a budget of over Rs 45 crore.
