UPSC Civil Services Exams 53rd Rank Holder Sumit Kr. expresses gratitude to DPS Bokaro

Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : The 53^rd Rank holder in 2018 UPSC Civil Services Exams Sumit Kumar visited his alma mater DPS Bokaro to express his gratitude to the school which groomed him to achieve this feat. Sumit Kumar, a DPS Bokaro pass out of  2009 batch, said, “DPS, Bokaro is one of the best schools of the country.” He said that the school not only instilled academic excellence in him but also moulded his personality and made him stronger.

‘ The teachers of DPS Bokaro have always been a guiding factor and they play a vital role in shaping the students for future,” stated Sumit who is currently undergoing training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussorie. In his message to the young generation, he said, “Sincere effort and perseverance will lead one to success.” He suggested that one must have a never-dying spirit for achieving success.

After meeting Sumit at school on August 13, 2019, Principal DPS Bokaro, A S Gangwar, expressed his happiness on the achievement of the student of DPS Bokaro. He commended his performance and said, ” Such results bring national pride.”
