Sitamarhi : Two youth died at village Rampur under Riga police station in Sitamarhi District in North Bihar on December 3, 2020, while chasing an SUV which was speeding away after dashing a child injuring him.
An SUV coming from Sitamarhi dashed a child near Barahi village Chowk and sped away towards Sheohar. Two youth : Sanjay Sahni, 18, and Abhishek Kumar, 19, of Barahi village chased the fleeing vehicle by a motorcycle. But, they met with an accident at village Rampur by dashing a roadside tree while chasing the SUV. Both the youth succumbed to their injuries. The SUV disappeared from the scene. The deceased were fish retailers. The injured child is out of life danger. SHO, Riga police station, Subhash Mukhia, said that police were searching for the SUV.
