Two sentenced to life imprisonment in murder case

Bagaha: ADJ I,  Bagaha, Dipak Kumar Singh on Wednesday sentenced to two accused: Guddu Yadav and Harendra Yadav,  in a case of murder of Vijay Yadav, son of  Mukhlal Yadav village Shastrinagar under Bagaha police station in West Champaran district.  Three other  accused in the case : Yogendra Yadav, Ashok Yadav and Mahesh Yadav were sentenced to ten years ‘rigorous imprisonment each. All the five convicts also hail from village Shastrinagar.

According to prosecution, Mukhalal Yadav had lodged a case with Bagaha police  2005, that the named accused had beaten to death his son Vijay Yadav. The prosecution produced 35 witnesses before the court in the case. The court held all accused guilty and convicted them, said procreation lawyer and APP of the case Samshul Huda. Narbeshwar Bharti was the defence lawyer.
