Sasaram : Two persons were killed and five others injured when a speeding autorickshaw collided head on with a motorcycle near village Malhania under Tilauthu police station on NH 2C in Rohtas district on July 22, 2019.
Police brought the bodies over to the Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased were identified as Mahavir Singh of village Kushi in Aurangabad district and autorickshaw driver Slok Kumar of Mithapur under Indrapuri police station.
SHO, Tilhauthu police station, Avinash Kumar said that Mahavir Singh was going to his village on his motorcycle. When he reached near Malhania village under Tilhauthu police station, a speeding autorickshaw collided head-on with the motorcycle killing Mahavir Singh on spot while autorickshaw driver Slok Kumar died on way to hospital.
