Gopalganj: Police arrested two criminals carrying arms on  November 28 night when they were planning to commit  dacoity in Sasamusa. Police arrested them  from village Baniyachapar in Gopalganj district. Acting on a tip off, a police team led by Kuchaikot ps SHO Mahendra Kumar raided the house of one Tassauwar Mian and arrested two persons from there. Police team seized a countrymade pistol besides two live cartridges from their possession. The arrested persons were identified as Shafi Alam, son of Rabbuddin Mian of Arar Mor under Manjhagarh police station, and Sujit Yadav, son of Shivji Yadav of village Sahladpur under Manjha police station. Acting on the revelations made by them, police later recovered three looted bikes. Raids were on to arrest other members of the gang.
