Patna : Top seed and World No 15 in ATP rankings Stefanos Tsitsipas, 20, Greece, World No 19 Diego Schwartzman, 26, Argentina, and World No 31 Simon Gilles, 34, France, entered the quarter-finals of Sydney International, an ATP 250 point event, at Sydney, Australia, on January 9, 2019.

Tsitsipas beat World No 80 Guido Andreozzi, 27, Argentina, 6-3, 6-4 in the Round of 16. Tsitsipas fired 9 Aces in the match to 4 by Andreozzi. Andreozzi committed 4 double faults to 1 by Tsitsipas.
