Saharsa : A fish trader Pawan Mukhia had a miraculous escape when a criminal Niraj Yadav, son of Satya Narayan Yadav, fired on him in broad daylight at village Karua in Saroja Panchayat under Balwaghat police outpost in Saharsa district on June 30, 2017, after he asked him to clear his dues. Niraj had purchased fish from Pawan Mukhia.
Although Pawan had a lucky escape but he sustained some injury on his face and eyes caused due to the firing and was admitted to a private clinic. The villagers caught Niraj and handed him over to police. SHO, Balwaghat police outpost Manoj Kumar was sent to jail.
