Top Rohtas businessman Dudheshwar Shah kidnapped

Sasaram : SUV borne criminals, in a sensational broad daylight incident, kidnapped a top businessman of Rohtas district Dudheshwar Shah, 60, on October 11, 2017, for ransom at Nasriganj. Shah was kidnapped by the criminals when he had gone for morning walk. Dudheshwar Shah’s brother has lodged an FIR in this connection with Nasriganj police station. Nasriganj is about 36 km away from Sasaram, headquarters of Rohtas district.

Rohtas SP Manavjeet Singh Dhillon, however, said that Shah’s family members have not received any ransom call so far. The SP said that police were yet to identify the criminals involved in the kidnapping though raids were on to rescue Shah safely, who was kidnapped while on walk. Shah’s kidnapping has triggered panic among traders of Nasriganj. Nasriranj market remained closed on October 11. Shah’s businessman establishment is located at Nasriganj.
