‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ collects over Rs 33.50 cr at Box Office on day 1

Patna : Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘ Tiger Zinda Hai’, which released on December 22, 2017, collected over Rs 33.50  crore on its opening day. The fim, a sequel to their 2012 hit film ‘ Ek Tha Tiger’, has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has been made at a burdget of Rs 150 crore including print and advertising cost. It will be considered a hit if its earning crosses Rs 200 crore. It has been released on 4,600 screens in India and 1,100 screens abroad. The film has been produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF).

It also stars Paresh Rawal, Angad Bedi and Kumud Mishra. It is story of two undercover spies on a mission to save 25 nurses held hostage by terrorists. ‘ Ek Tha Tiger’ had collected Rs 32.93 crore on its first day in 2012.
