Saharsa : Three girls, who had left their Naya Bazaar houses at Saharsa to collect their scholarship amount on March 24, 2017, have allegedly been kidnapped by unidentified persons creating sensation in the town. Kishore Kumar Gupta, Mala Devi and Shankar Thakur, whose daughters have been kidnapped, on March 27 jointly lodged a complaint  with Sadar Police Station, Saharsa, in this connection.

Kishore Kumar Gupta, in the complaint, said that his daughter Pallavi Kumari, 16, accompanied by Nidhi Kumari, 20, daughter of Subhash Thakur and Mala Devi, and Arya Kumari, 17, daughter of Shankar Thakur, had left home on March 24 to collect scholarship fund. When they did not return till evening, they got worried and searched for them at places where they possibly could go but to no avail, Gupta said. Gupta, Mala Devi and Shankar Thakur suspect that the three girls had been kidnapped. Sadar police station has started probe into the incident.
