Three minor boys drown to death in river Sone in Rohtas

Sasaram : Three minor boys met their watery grave in river Sone while taking a bath on April 26, 2019, afternoon, near Bastaal at Anikat under Dihari Town police station in Rohtas district.

The deceased were identified as Mangroo Kumar, 10, son of Loha Dom, Raja Kumar, 9, son of Kanhaiyi Dom, and Ritik Dom, 8, son of Tannu Dom of Ward No 29 located behind the High School. Police fished out the bodies with the help of divers and brought them over to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

SHO, Dihari Town police station, said that Mangroo Kumar, Raja Kumar, and Ritik Dom had gone to river Sone in the afternoon on April 26 to take a dip but they did not know swimming. and were swept away by the current of the river and drowned.
