Three injured in firing by goons at Saharsa village

Saharsa : Six armed criminals riding four bikes reached village Padampura under Saur Bazzar police station in Saharsa district on May 2, 2017,  afternoon, and fired indiscriminately at the house of a villager Sadanand Yadav injuring three persons including his son Bhushan Kumar, Sunita Devi and Dip Narayan Yadav.

Bhushan Kumar was referred to Darbhanga Medical College Hospital (DMCH) by doctors at Saharsa Sadar hospital in view of his serious condition. Although police reached the place of occurrence after getting information, no one has been arrested so far in this connection. Sadanand Yadav and Arun Yadav are involved in a long drawn land dispute. The criminals were allegedly working in favour of Arun, according police sources. Police seized a bike and some empty cartridges from the spot.
