Three-day Accupressure Camp conclues at Ara

Ara : A three- day free Acupressure Treatment Camp, organised by Ayush College Hospital and Research Centre, Ara, to mark the International Natural Therapy Day, concluded on November 18, 2018. At least 2,500 persons were given acupressure and acupuncture treatment free of cost at the camp. Even Yoga, exercise and cleansing were taught at the camp free. Several patients got some relief from the very first day. A dentist posted at Sadar Hospital, Ara, Dr Prateek was treated for waist pain at the camp on November 18. He appreciated the therapy.

Dr Pintu Pushkar, speaking on the occasion, said that acupressure is a natural therapy and is not only treatment but also prevents ailments without any side effect. He further said that he is providing basic acupressure training free of cost to interested persons and added that at least 1,200 boys and girls have been trained so far.

Dr Pushkar said that people having waist, knee, back pain, cervical spondylosis, gastroenteritis, migraine and others were treated at this camp and added that acupressure can  cure almost all kinds of diseases. He said if toxins are flushed out of the body, 90% diseases are cured. Flushing out toxins from the body is called cleansing.

Civil Surgeon (CS) , Bhojpur, Dr Jagdish Singh said that he got his wife treated through acupressure and was very much pleased with its result. He said acupressure is a immediate result oriented therapy and added it is now necessary in today’s fast life. When asked about acupressure centre at Sadar Hospital, Ara, the CS assured to provide a room on its campus for the acupressure centre for the benefit of the people.

Superintendent, Sadar Hospital, Dr Satish Kumar Sinha said that natural therapy is need of the hour to get rid of different  diseases without any side effect and acupressure is one of the best natural therapy.
