Three bike riders killed in accident in Bhojpur

Ara : Three motorcycle borne youth were killed in a road accident around midnight on October 17, 2018, near village Narayanpur under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur district when they were returning home from a religious congregation. The deceased were identified as Subhash Kumar, Ramesh Kumar, and Prakash Kumar of Koelwar. Later, police brought the bodies over to Sadar Hospital, Ara, for post-mortem.

SHO, Koelwar police station, said that Subhash Kumar, his cousin Ramesh Kumar, and friend Prakash Kumar of Ward No 4 under Koewar police station had gone to Manikpur to attend a religious congregation on October 17. Around midnight the same day, the trio were returning on a motorcycle to their village at high speed. Subhash Kumar was on driving seat. When they reached near Narayanpur, Subhash Kumar lost control and dashed an electric pole on the roadside in which all the three bike riders were killed on spot.
