Patna : Three 1989 batch Bihar Cadre IAS officers : Amrit Lal Meena, Dr Deepak Prasad, and Vandana Kini, were on May 30, 2020, promoted to the Apex Scale ( Chief Secretary rank) of Rs 2,25000.
Amrit Lal Meena, Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department (RCD), Bihar Government, was on May 30, 2020, to Apex Scale. With this, the post of Principal Secretary, RCD, has been upgraded as Additional Chief Secretary, RCD, till his tenure.
Dr Deepak Prasad, Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, has also been promoted to the Apex Scale. With it, the post of Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, has been upgraded as Additional Chief Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, till his tenure.
Vandana Kini, Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, has been promoted to Apex Scale. With it, the post of Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, has been upgraded to the rank of Apex Scale till her tenure. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on May 30, 2020.
