Thiem & Murray to clash in QFs of China Open

Patna : Top seed Dominic Thiem, 25, Austria, beat World No 213 Zhang Zhizhen, 22,  China, in straights in second round to enter the quarter-finals of Chinal Open at Beijing, China, on October 2, 2019.

Thiem, the 2018 and 2019 French Open finalist, beat Zhang 6-3, 6-3 winning three break points besides winning 5 games in a row in the match. Thiem won 37 service points to 31 by Zhang.The Austrian fired 5 Aces in the match to 1 by Zhang. Thiem will face winner of three Grand Slam titles Any Murray, the World No 503, in the QFs on October 4, 2019.
