Ara : A teenage girl was kidnapped from village Teghara under Bihia police station in Bhojpur District on April 18, 2020. An FIR was lodged in this connection by Bihia police station against five persons including Jitendra Nat of the village on April 22, 2020, on the statement of father of the girl after he failed locate her.
After institution of FIR, police swung into action and started investigation into the incident. Police are also conducting raids to recover the girl and arrest the kidnappers. Love affair is said to be the cause behind the incident.
SHO, Bihia police station,said that a teenage girl was missing since April 18, 2020, from Teghara village and her family members searched for everywhere but when they failed to locate her, the father of the girl lodged a named FIR against five persons of the village including Jitendra Nat. The SHO said that police are investigating the matter and trying to recover the girl. He said that it might be a matter of love affairs.
