Patna : World No 41 & 7th seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas, 32, Spain, tumbled out of Rio Open, an ATP World Tour 500 outdoor clay courts event at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, suffering a shock defeat at the hand of World No 406 Carlos Alcaraz Garfia, 16, Spain, a Wild Card entry, on February 18, 2020.

Carlos Alcaraz Garfia, who is making his debut at an ATP event, stunned Vinolas in three sets 7-6, 4-6, 7-6 in 3 hr 36 minutes in first round.
