SSP/SP of 5 districts transferred, Muzaffarpur SSP Kaur goes to Samastipur

Patna : Bihar Government, in an important decision, transferred SSP/SP of five districts. The SSP of Darbhanga and Muzaffarpur and SP of Samastipur, Bhojpur, and Begusarai were transferred on September 29, 2018.

SSP, Muzaffarpur, Harpreet Kaur, a 2009 batch IPS officer, has been and appointed her SP, Samastipur. SSP, Darbhanga, Manoj Kumar, a 2008 batch IPS officer, has also been transferred and appointed SSP, Muzaffarpur, replacing Kaur. Commandant BMP-10, Patna, with additional charge of SP, State Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Garima Malik, too has been shifted and has been appointed SSP, Darbhanga. Garima Malik is a 2006 batch IPS officer.

Begusarai SP Aditya Kumar, a 2011 batch IPS officer, has been shifted and appointed SP, Bhojpur. Bhojpur SP Avkash Kumar, a 2012 batch IPS officer, has been appointed Begusarai SP. Samastipur SP Deepak Ranjan, also a 2012 batch IPS officer, has also appointed Commandant, BMP-10, Patna.

Vinay Tiwary, an IPS officer of 2015 batch, ASP ( Probationer), Begusarai, has been appointed SDPO, Gopalganj Sadar.
