Bettiah : The SSB jawans of 44th Battalion, Narakatiaganj in West Champaran district, led by their team leader Ganendra Singh on November 4, 2017, on a tip off, arrested Ganja smuggler Awadhesh Chaudhary of village Sunhari under Ramnagar police station along with 14 Kg of contraband Nepali Ganja near Chamuya railway station.
The SSB Commandant of 44th Battalion, Narakatiaganj, Rajesh Tikku said that the value the seized Ganja in international market would be about Rs.4.5 lakh. The arrested smuggler and seized Ganja were handed over to Shikarpur police station for necessary action,Tikku said.
