Bettiah : SSB jawans of 44 the battalion Narakatiaganj led by deputy commandant Ajay Kumar Rajak on January 30 night rescued four children: Pradhuman Kumar(15), Bigu Kumar (15), Dipak Kumar (16) and Shatrughan Kumar, all 0belonging to Barakagaon village, from clutches of a trafficker Kamalesh Kumar Sahni of Barakagaon village under Karja police station in Muzaffarpur district.
Sources said that the trafficker was carrying the children from Muzaffarpur to Mumbai by Bandra express train (19040 up). When the train stopped at Narakatiaganj junction under Samastipur division of East central railway ( ECR) on January 30 night, the SSB jawans while searching the bogies rescued the children and arrested the 0trafficker. The SSB handed over the trafficker to GRP, Narakatiaganj, and the rescued Children to a centre, `Child Live’, Narakaiganj. GRP Narakaiganj SHO Kedar Prasad said that the trafficker was sent to Bettiah district jail on January 31.
