SSB jawan murdered by friends in Araria

Araria. A SSB Jawan Murli Yadav, who was posted at Ranchi and had come to his native village Bagnagar in Araria district few days back, was  found dead  on Wednesday morning near  Araria  Kosi Canal, 15 kn away from Araria. On getting information, Araria Police swung into action and sent the body of the SSB Jawan for post-mortem.

Police have arrested five persons known to be the friends of Murli Yadav in this connection. They confessed having murdered Murli during interrogation by police. Araria SP Sudheer Kumar Porika told reporters that the case of murder mystery of the SSB Jawan Murli Yadav had been cracked within 12 hours and the accused were arrested and sent to jail.  Murli Yadav was killed on September 6 night by his friends, the SP added.
