World No 12 Srikanth beat World No 23 Parupalli Kashyap, 33, India, in a three-game thriller 18-21, 22-20, 21-16 in 67 minutes battling back from one game down at Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium, Lucknow. Srikanth won 61 rallies in the match to 57 by Kashyap. He won 5 consecutive points in the match to 4 by Kashyap. The two players are now locked 2-2 Head to Head.
