Sitamarhi trader’s kidnapped son recovered, three kidnappers arrested

Sitamarhi:  A Sitamarhi police STF team recovered a kidnapped three year old boy Arpit Kumar, son of a grocery shop owner Mukesh Chaudhary, from a house at village Gadha under Runnisaidpur police station in a raid on January 12. The STF team also arrested three kidnappers: Shivchandra Sah, Jitan Sah and Rajesh Sah. Shivchandra and Jitan belong to the same village whereas Rajesh is a native of village Adhagaon under Nanpur police station in Sit.amarhi district.
Arpit, son of a grocery shop owner Mukesh Chaudhary, a native of village Gaura under Nanpur block, was kidnapped
by two unidentified motorbike borne goons when he was playing on the premises of his house on January 11. Mukesh Chaudhary received a ransom call from the kidnappers on January 11 night. SP Hari Prasath S said that the swift action by the district police led to the recovery of the boy and arrest of three criminals. Their other accomplices would be arrested soon, added the SP.
