Sitamarhi advocate files complaint case against CM, BRABU VC, SRK College Principal

Sitamarhi : Sitamarhi court advocate and social worker Thakur Chandan Singh on January 16, 2019, filed a complaint case against Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, BRA Bihar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur  Vice – Chancellor (VC), Prof. Amarendra Narain Yadav, and SRK Goenka College, Sitamarhi, Principal, Prof. Nagendra Prasad Singh, in the CJM court under IPC Section 420 and 120B/34.

Advocate Singh has charged them with not providing proper education in colleges and university departments due to faculty shortage. His case is based on several RTI replies. Singh, in his complaint, claimed that against the sanctioned strength, only 10% teaching and non-teaching staff are working in the state universities. This will demolish higher education in Bihar, Singh has charged.
