Patna : World No 36 and 4th seed Jannik Sinner, 19, Italy, beat World No 71 Stefano Travaglia, 29, Italy, in straight sets in the final on February 7, 2021, to win the singles title at Adelaide International, an outdoor hardcourts event, in Australia. The tournament was played at Melbourne Park, Australia, due to Covid-19 pandemic. Sinner bagged 250 ATP rankings points plus prize money.

Sinner beat Travaglia 7-6, 6-4 in 2hrs 08 minutes in the nal to lift the men’s singles title. Sinner won 4 break points during the match to 3 by Travaglia.  Travaglia committed 5 double faults to 1 by Sinner. Sinner, in all, won 95 points during the match to 83 by Travaglia. Both the players won 3 games each in a row in the match.
