Patna : Sanjeev Kumar Singha, a 1988 batch IPS officer and DG, Bihar Military Police (BMP), Patna, was on April 3, 2020, given additional charge of DG, Homeguards and Fire Service,Patna, until further order. Home (Police) Department, Bihar Government, issued a notification to this effect on April 3 itself. Singhal will retire on August 31, 2021.
