Siddharth appointed Pri. Secretary, Finance, Sujata Chaturvedi goes on central deputation

Patna : Bihar Government on October 9, 2018, transferred S Siddharth, Principal Secretary, Industries Department, holding additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Bihar Foundation, Principal Secretary, Cane Industries Department, and Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation, and appointed him Principal Secretary, Finance Department. Siddharth is a 1991 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer.

K K Pathak, a 1990 batch IAS officer and Additional Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, has also been transferred and appointed Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). Pathak will also hold additional charge of Principal Secretary, Industries Department, Chief Executive Officer, Bihar Foundation, and Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation.

R K Mahajan, a 1987 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Education Department, holding additional charge of  OSD, Resident Commissioner office, New Delhi, has also been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department.

Sudhir Kumar, an IAS officer of 1998 batch and Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Cane Industries Department.

Chaitanya Prasad, a 1990 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Urban Development & Housing Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department.

Dr Pratima Satish Kumar, a 202 batch IAS officer and Secretary, Commercial-Taxes Department, holding additional charge of Commissioner, Commercial-Taxes, and Additional Mission Director, Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society,  will hold complete charge of Commercial-Taxes Department from the date Sujata Chaturvedi, a 1989 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Commercial-Taxes Department, relinquishes charge.

Sujata Chaturvedi has been appointed Additional Secretary, Personnel & Training Department, Government of India. Bihar Government on October, 9, 2018, relieved her for central deputation. The General Administration Department, Bihar Government, issued a notification to this effect on October 9.
