SI, BMP, sent to jail in Buxar for indecent conduct

Buxar : Police sent BMP Sub-Inspector (SI) Satyendra Prasad to jail under judicial custody on December 17, 2019, for allegedly talking to a lady constable in a vulgar manner. A named FIR was lodged against him with Dumraon police station earlier in this connection. The lady constable belonged to Schedule Caste and so FIR was lodged under SC/ST Act.

BMP SI Satyendra Prasad had allegedly tried to force the lady constable for establishing physical relation with him and also talked in a vulgar manner with her. The lady constable always protested and when the SI did not refrain from his habit, she complained to her seniors and also lodged a named FIR with Dumraon police station against him.
