Shiv Gopal Mishra to be appointed Chairman, C-Taxes Tribunal

Patna : Bihar Government, on the recommendation received from Registrar General, Patna High Court, on January 19, 2018, on March 5, 218, handed over the services of Shiv Gopal Mishra, Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, to the Commercial -Taxes (C-Taxes) Department, for his appointment as the Chairperson, Commercial – Taxes Tribunal, Bihar, on deputation. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on March 5 itself.
