Patna : An IAS officer of 2009 batch and MD, Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation ( COMFED) Limited, Patna, Seema Tripathy, was on November 30, 2017, transferred and appointed Joint Secretary, Animal and Fishery Resources Department, Bihar Government.
Shikha Srivastava, an Indian Railways Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of 2000 batch, has been appointed MD, COMFED, Patna. She was waiting for posting after being relieved by Railway Board for deputation.
Shivnath Kunwar, Special Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), has been transferred and appointed Secretary, BPSC. Kunwar belongs to Bihar Administrative Service.
Subodh Kumar Singh, a Bihar Administrative Service officer and District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda, has been transferred too. He is being appointed Private Secretary to former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on November 30.
