Bettiah : BJP President Amit Shah while addressing an big election meeting at Ramana Maidan, Bettiah, to mobilise support for BJP nominee and sitting MP from Paschimi Champaran parliamentary constituency (PC) Dr Sanjay Jaiswal on May 6, 2019, predicted that NDA will win the Lok Sabha (LS) polls with thumping majority as Narendra Modi Government has made the country stronger during last 5 years and has given befitting reply to Pakistan whenever terrorists have triggered violence in India. He charged the Congress Party with being hand in the glove with Pakistan by trying to divide the society on religious and caste lines.
Shah said the 55 year rule of Congress Party had weakening the country as it failed to work for the welfare of the people. The single family rule only befooled the people, Shah thundered. He urged the voters to vote in the favour of BJP candidate Dr Sanjay Jaiswal. He said that the Modi had launched 133 schemes for the welfare of different sections of the society besides combating the terrorists. He said that if PM Narendra Modi comes to power Article 370 granting autonomy to J&K will be abolished. Shah said Champaran had been the work place Mahatma Gandhi and shelter place of Goddess Sita.
The BJP President said that sensing their crushing defeat, Grand Alliance partners have become nervous and making many false allegations against PM Narenxdra Modi and Election Commission of India. Garima Sikaria, Chairman, Bettiah Nagar Parishad, joined the BJP before Amit Shah.
