Bagaha : PM Narendra Modi on May 4, 2019, said that the opposition parties have lost balance sensing their crushing defeat in the General Elections 2019.

Addressing an impressive election rally at Chhugarhi Banjaria  Chini  Farm, Harinagar (Ramnagar), in Valmikinagar  parliamentary  constituency (PC) in West Champaran district to seek votes for the NDA nominees, PM Modi said that the opposition parties (Grand Alliance constituents) have become nervous after first four phase of elections and have now started  blaming EVMs and Election Commission of India (ECI) while they earlier used to target only him. They have now started blaming the Chief Election Commissioner in their bid to find an escape route, Modi said.

The PM while highlighting the achievements of his government in the last five hears said that he is committed to wipe out terrorism with an iron hand while the Congress Party was virtually promising to give free hand to terrorists and stone pelters in J&K by talking about reducing the number of security forces deployed there in its manifesto.

He reiterated his commitment to work for the welfare of every section of society and referred to 10 percent reservation granted to poor among upper castes  without affecting other section of the society. Modi also highlighted role of Champaran during freedom  struggle.

PM Modi said that the condition of cane growers of Champaran will improve after sugar factories start producing Ethanol. He said that he has come to seek remuneration for his services and urged the people to vote for NDA candidates to facilitate formation of a strong NDA Government at the centre to complete other development works.

CM Nitish Kumar said that the NDA Government in Bihar had ended the anarchy of Lalu-Rabari regime. Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi, RCD Minister Nand Kishor Yadav, Bhagirathi Devi, Vinay Bihari,  Dhirendra Pratap Singh, MLAs, also addressed the rally.
