Ara : Several senior politicians of Bihar are likely to attend the 6th death anniversary of Brahmeshwar Nath Singh alias Mukhia Ji, founder of Ranveer Sena, a banned outfit of upper caste landlords, at village Khopira under Pawana police station in Bhojpur district on June 1, 2018, to pay tributes to him.

National president, Akhil Bharatiya Rashtravadi Kisan Sangathan (ABRKS) and Mukhia Ji’s son, Indu Bhushan Singh, Mukhia of Khopira Panchayat,said that a statue of Barhmeshwar Nath Singh alias Mukhia Ji would be unveiled and foundation stone of a Memorial Building would also be laid on June 1, 2018, to mark the death anniversary of Mukhia Ji. He also said that the ABRKS has resolved to organize a 24 hour ‘Harinaam Sankirtan’ for 37 days in a row by the saints from Nepal, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the country in 2019 to mark the occasion,

Chandan Singh, grandson of Mukhia Ji, talking to this correspondent on cellphone, said that the ABRKS has invited several union and state ministers cutting across the party line and added most of them have given verbal consent to come but he refrained from disclosing names of any minister or leader. He said that necessary arrangements have been made in view of likely participation of ministers, leaders from almost all political parties, supporters, acquaintances, and villagers in large number to pay their homage to Mukhia Ji.

When asked about the activities of the ABRKS, Chandan Singh said after paying tributes to Mukhia Ji, a meeting of the ABRKS has been convened to discuss its future course of action and added that the members of the organisation want to make it more active and democratic.

Barmeshwar Nath Singh alias Mukhia Ji was shot dead near his residence in Katira locality under Nawada police station, Ara, around 4.30 am on June 1, 2012, when he was returning from morning walk.
