Patna : Editor-in-chief of National Herald and Navjeevan, Neelabh Mishra, 57, passed away on February 24, 2018, at a Chennai Hospital in Tamil Nadu. He was suffering from non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis. Mishra was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai earlier this month, and developed multiple organ failure before a liver transplant could be carried out. Mishra steered the re-launch of National Herald. He was earlier Editor of Hindi ‘Outlook’. A Bihari hailing from West Champaran district, he worked in Patna Edition of ‘Navbharat Times’ for several years.
