Saharsa : Members of Babu Vir Kuer Singh Jagran Manch, which is organising Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh’s April 25, 2017, programmes at Saharsa, remained very busy on April 24 2017, as the pandal erected at Patel Maidan, Saharsa, where Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will address a public meeting meeting, collapsed in a storm on April 23 night. This forced the organisers to take up the job afresh. They were hoping to complete job by late April 24 night.
Rajnath will also unveil a Rs 18 lakh statue of Vir Kuel Singh at Vir Kuer Singh Chowk, Saharsa, on April 25 at 1.50 pm. ADG, Special Branch, has issued special instructions to the local police regarding security at meeting venues. Rajnath also enjoys NSG protection. The Home Minister will take off for Chunapur Aerodrome in Purnia at 3.30 pm after addressing public meeting at Patel Maidan.
