Sculptor Phani Bhushan honoured

Sitamarhi: Noted sculptor of Sitamarhi town Phani Bhushan Vishwas was honoured by Braj Kishore Memorial Trusty for his contribution to the field of art, photography, sculpture making and culture. The 85 year old Phani Bhushan was conferred on the Braj Kishore memorial art and culture award. The trust’s certificate, a recitation and cash prize were handed over to him by famous Gandhian Dr Ramji Singh at a function held on Sadaqat Ashram campus, Patna.  Academicians  and intellectuals have hailed the feat. Phani Bhushan migrated to Sitamarhi in North Bihar from erstwhile East Pakistan during partition.
