Buxar : Four youth recently gangraped a girl student of Class IX under Dhansoi police station (PS) area in Buxar District in South Bihar. An FIR has been lodged by Buxar Women’s police station (PS) in this connection on the statement of the survivor against four youth. .All the four accused belong to Rohtas District in South Bihar.
Police brought the girl over to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produced her before the court concerned on January 17, 2022, to get her statement recorded under section 164 of CrPC. After institution of FIR, police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the accused.
The four accused had kidnapped a girl student of Class IX from the area under Dhansoi police station in Buxar District when she was going to her neighbour to get mobile phone. The kidnappers took her to a secluded place where they took turn to outrage her modesty and later dropped her near her residence. They also informed her family members on mobile phone saying that they may take her to Punjab.
Later, the frightened family members of the survivor gave a written application to Dhansoi police station but they were sent to Buxar Women’s police station where a named FIR was lodged against the four youth. SHO, Buxar Women’s police station, Chunmun Devi said that after institution of FIR, police are investigating the matter and conducting raids to arrest the accused
