School girl commits suicide at Ara

Ara : A teenage school girl Priti Kumari committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of the kitchen at Housing Colony under Nawada police station, Ara, in the wee hours on December 25, 2017, after her mother allegedly rebuked her for getting poor marks at the school examination. Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
Priti Kumari was  a class X student of a private school at Ara and resident of Hosing Colony under Nawada police station. She had got poor marks in all subjects at the monthly examination after which her mother had rebuked her on December 24 night. After all the members of her family went to sleep around midnight, Priti Kumari went to the kitchen and hanged herself from the ceiling of the kitchen and committed suicide.
On December 25 morning, when the family members woke up, they found door of the kitchen closed. They broke open the door of kitchen and were shocked to find Priti hanging from the ceiling. They immediately informed police about it.
